• Mick Lopez - Managing Director- Mick has over twenty-five years experience with large and small corporations. Prior to Americas Ventures, he worked for four years at Tyco Fire & Security ($12 Billion revenues) as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, and as Chief Financial Officer of ADT Security Services North America ($4B). Before Tyco, Mick was the Chief Executive Officer for eFiltro New Idea Center, a venture capital consulting firm. Previously, he was employed over sixteen years with IBM Corporation, including Director of Strategy and M&A for LatAm ($5B), CFO for IBM Brazil (+$2B), CFO for Personal Computers in Latin America($1B), Manager of Global Planning for Personal Systems ($18B), and Manager of PC Product Analysis and Pricing for Europe ($5B). He started his professional career with KPMG audit.
  
  Mick received a Business Administration Degree from Georgetown University and a MBA with full scholarship from the University of Chicago. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and is fluent in four languages after residing in United States, France, Brazil and Caribbean.

Mick is an advisor, director, investor and interim CEO/CFO for various new ventures. He also owns other business in real estate and construction. He has served on the boards of iCoast (South Florida's technology consortium), ITEC (Brazil's largest mid-range computer services company), Merkatum Biometrics, ITC Ventures, University of Chicago MBA Alumni Club and others.

• Jeff Lewis - Senior Partner - Jeff has a varied experience as an entrepreneur and executive for explosive growth multinational companies, He started his career with IBM in Boca Raton, Florida, at the birth of the Personal Computer, in all facets of the business including engineering, manufacturing, finance and development. Jeff worked for numerous years on IBM Channel Management in New York and Tokyo. He was the President of ComputerLand Europe, based in Luxembourg, where he successfully brought the business to profitability and growth. Thereafter, he has been a serial investor and advisor to numerous firms in the United States and Europe. Jeff has an engineering degree from Clarkson College in New York.
  
  
• Mel Meinhardt - Senior Partner - Mel has managed high-growth groups within private and public companies, not-for-profits and government agencies. As a senior manager in several companies, including a Westinghouse Electronics company, Mel specializes in organizing high-growth programs within steady-state organizations. His experience with federal government policy makers and with international operations rovides special insight and resources for select clients. Mel earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, and served on US Navy submarines as an officer.
  
  

• Omar Arab – Senior Partner - Omar is an e-Commerce pioneer in the Americas. He has more than a decade of Internet market experience as President of eFiltro South America, and Vice President of Operations for Garagelatino.com. Both firms were Buenos Aires based incubators. Omar started two Web sites and established Satlink, the first ISP in Cuyo, Argentina. He has been a professor of eBusiness Technolgoies at the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, and the director of the Entrepreneurs Commission of the Camara Argentina de Comercio Electronico. Omar is a Systems Engineering graduate from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional Mendoza, has a postgraduate degree in strategic marketing from UCES, Argentina and studied digital marketing and e-commerce at Stanford University.
